I have a 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid. It just had 75000 mile check up. The wrench warning light comes on at times and the read out says "service soon". the service writer at the dealer says he has not seen...

The service writer thinks that is a Service engine soon warning it is not, I think it is some kind of needed maintence warning. Read your owners manual under "Understanding Your Instrument Panel" section for more information.

Hi ;) i have a 2005 subaru forrester 2.5 xs... Can you tell me what "fram" oil filter I should buy for replacement? and also I'm at 75000 miles now and the original oil I've been getting is 5-30...

No ... once you start the synthetic you should stay with it ... continue to use the recommended weight. 75000 is really no miles ... This engine should go for 175 to 200,000 properly cared for.

Your auto parts store that sells Fram can give you the proper filter.

If the car has been kept up you shound not have any worries. I can say that you should be ok for another 5000 miles or your next oil change, Just remember it's PREVENTIVE manintence and it's important to keep the car in top shape. hope this helps.

My 2004 Rendezvous makes a clunking noise when I make turns. I was backing out of a parking space last night and the radio went off and said "locked" then the dash flashed "security-service this vehicle...

Wheel bearing. Ive had to replace my front passenger wheel bearing at 75000 miles when a clunking noise came about. another problem it might be is a tire rod malfunction.
