Both rear doors wont open from the outside and inside, I have relocked and unlocked, but that didnt help

There should be a way to get it open from the inside , have done this on other vehicles, keep looking , there has to be a way to open when the electric lock unlock switch fails...

Won't open from outside? Won't open from inside? Equipped with power door locks? IF so, and won't open inside/outside, suspect stuck power door lock actuator. Sometimes working the lock/unlock button will make the door unlock. If not, the door will require disassembly from inside to determine what the failure may be. If the door needs disassembly while in the closed position, the paneling/clips may get damaged FYI

Might be able to use a "slim Jim" unlocking tool. The linkage inside the door has likely come disconnected.

Open the window and reach out to open the door with the outside door handle,before closing the door and locking it, remember to put the window back up.

As for the trunk it should have a emergency release trunk handle from the inside.

I had exact problem Santa Fe 2007 2008 lock was stuck in locked position and door would not open from inside or out. All other doors would unlock with auto key remote. Carefully work the inside lock towards the open position as you lock and unlock the door with the remote. As you press unlock try to assist the lock to open. I did this a few times and the lock became free to the open position and all worked perfectly after this.

Your Tempo is equipped with early child-proof rear door locks...(cannot open from the inside when locked) Open the doors from the outside and look near the door catch for a small switch that moves back and forth...if still labeled it should show "Lock...Unlock" marks...leave on unlock for normal opening from inside. from inside or outside ? if won't open from inside your child safety lock is probably tripped. if won't open from outside you probably have a lock rod that popped off inside the door, in which I would have the dealer fix it, it involves taking door pad off and when you can't open door to take pad off ,most of the time it damages it.

Cut where the latch connects with a sawzall. Replace latch post whee the latch articulates.

I have shaved door handles on a 2000 chevy silverado and the drivers side door just recently stopped opening it seems like its completely locked out and the door is closed so i cannot get to the bolts of the latch assembly when i hit the unlock button it unlocks half way and when you go to open the door it relocks itself even if you manually try to unlock the door and hold the lock forward it still wont open

Sounds like you need a new latch assembly, or you lock actuator is unhooked and not unlocking your latch. Will need to try and remove the door panel to see what is going on. It will be hard to do with the door closed.
