Hello; You have to remove the bottom and back cushion of the back seat then remove seat belts, rear window screen if equiped then remove the rear shelf trim panel. Thank you

Depends on which entertainment option you have. If it has the Bose option, the amp is behind the back seat, and the sub woofer is a the center of the rear shelf panel.
Depends on whether you have the Bose option or not. If so there are eight speakers - two on the windshield pillars (small), four in the doors (medium), one in the center of the dash (medium) and a sub-woofer in the back shelf. You should be aware that it is extremely difficult to use aftermarket speakers as the Deville versions are designed specifically for the installed audio system - you can try, but only GM dealers sell the correct replacements.
Unfortunately, the website I found says there is no on-board method of programming your car for a new key-fob. You have to take the car to a dealer or to a key-maker (who may only charge half as much as the dealer)
To get at the speaker, you need to remove the rear window shelf trim panel -
Remove rear seat lower by lifting from front;
Remove bolts holding rear seat back and remove seat back; Remove the seat belt retractors;
Remove the push in retainers from the cross car beam;
Lift up on the front of the shelf panel to disengage the hook and loop material; then do the same at the rear of the panel, and pull out the shelf.
The speaker is now accessible for removal.

If it is the same as the Cadillac Seville, simply grab the front of the seat with both hands underneath and pull straight upwards, this releases the spring clips, no bolts or screws to remove.
Typicaly the rear speakers are just held up to the rear deck with just a few nuts that go over studs. The hardest part will be getting to them, you normally have to lie on your back in the trunk to see/reach them. Once out you can take to your local car stero shop to get matched correctly for proper imedence and ohms and size.
