Just purchased a 04 Chrysler Sebring 2.4L Conv. 2 wks ago. The very next day when I was driving it when I would come to a stop light the car would start idling really low and acted like it was going to stall out. Took it back to the dealer and they said it was proly just bad gasoline(the car had been sitting for awhile). They said not to worry the car just needs to be driven a little and the problem should correct itself. Well couple days later the problem stopped after I filled the tank@the gastation. A week later it started again so the dealer had the machanic look at it. They said there were no problems found when they took it for a test run. After I took it back home it drove fine for approx. 4 days, then the oil light on dash came on. Brought it in for an oil change, things seemed fine for a week. All the sudden my oil light came back on when coming to a stoplight and my car almost stalled out 3 times while driving home. When I would step on the gas the oil light would turn itself off and it would drive ok but at every stop the oil light would come back on and car would almost stall. Checked the oil, is at normal level. PLEASE HELP!

07 Chrysler Sebring still not running right after replacing catalytic converter... please help a gal out!

Stop using it,the flashing light is a Class A converter ruining
misifire,so nothing was fixed so far

Sounds like you have cylinder misfires that ruined the
converter & only the converter was replaced.

The last thing you do, is the converter, AFTER you diagnose the systems to find out why it failed

Oil light??

I was lucky on mine. It was just a bad oil sender switch that needed to replaced, plus the cable connector up-grade. Oil was leaking past the switch. Oil pressure was measured at full spec, both at idel and running.
