Remove distributor cap, crank engine, see if distributor rotor turned, if it don't turn, bad timing belt, replace, if it does turn, more then likely, ignition control module, if timing belt bad. made br will help you to set in bad on timing, when replacing timing belt, hope this was very helpful.
First start with the easiest solution and check the fuse that controls starter. check for possible bad contact on wires coming from battery to starter motor, also make shore battery terminals are clean and battery is fully charged.
