Check the belt tensioner to see if it's weak or worn. See post below. The compressor sound may be the secondary air pump kicking in. If so, that's normal on a cold start
Diagnose belt tensioner

Did you recently replace or disconnect the battery? Common problem is for the airflow actuators to go out and make that clicking sound in the rear when the battery is changed or disconnected.

You are probably experiencing a failing starter relay. The contacts begin to corrode from the current drawn when starting the car. This causes poor conduction and the clicking you hear. Eventually, it will stop working altogether. The starter relay was added as a recall item to prevent the same thing from happening to the ignition switch (which it did in vehicles before the recall). The starer relay can be found in the very fromt of the engine compartment, just to the left of the battery, mounted on the back side of the radiator crossmember.
Sounds like there is a broken rear HVAC actuator for the rear HVAC. There should be two of them. One for the mode, one for heat / a/c control.
Pull the trim panels in the rear and when it's making noise feel the actuators. You should be able to feel the one that is making the noise. The next step woul be to remove it and make sure the door it controls moves freely. It it doesn't you have bigger problem. If it does replace the actuator and you should be good as new.
