TPS voltage is Close to 0 volts, normally the minimum, and 5 voltsis typically the maximum. As an example, when a car's computer reads 2.5 volts from the TPS, it may mean the throttle is opened by 50% (your foot is pushing the pedal half-way down), and yes has a cam sensor its in between the cams behind the cam cover.
try bring no1 cyl up 2 dtc then rotating cams so no1exhast&no1 inlet are closed you may have 2 put timing cover and crank pully so u can find the dtc marks then u might be able 2 sort it out on the factory marks it sucks when people have made up their marks good luck
