If you know the plugs are fine then an ignition wire or a coil will cause the same symptom . If you had a code reader it would show you which cylinder is causing the miss. Beyond that a compresion test is needed.

- Heated oxygen sensor (HO2S).
- Engine control module (ECM).
The service engine soon light will not be relate to the airbag light. You will need to have your obd3 Diagnostic Trouble Codes read Most auto parts stores will do this for you. This will also pinpoint the cause of your SES light. If your bags have not been deployed you can have the control module reset at www.myairbags.com for a reasonable price.
If it's the indicator that literally says "service engine soon", and not the check-engine light, then you have no worries. That's programmed to come on at set intervals to remind you that routine service may be due soon (oil change, inspection, tire rotation, etc). It's not an indication of failure. Failures will be shown by the check-engine light. That one is nothing to worry about. Your owner's manual should have a procedure to turn it off.
the light can be caused by any one or combination of over 200 trouble codes, go to any kragen or Autozone parts store and ask for a trouble code test, it is free, then record the code(s) they come up with and post them back on fixya
yes...they do program the computers to come on or give a "service engine soon" light so that you will bring them back into the dealership....if you have access to an obd2 diag tool you can reset the codes yourself
