2002 Audi 4.2. Where is the thermastat located

hi starter relay of Audi TT 2002 its located under the carpet where the passenger beside driver all the relay is there

The thermostat is in a housing in the lower radiator hose near the bottom of the car/engine.

follow bottom hose of the radiator to the engine the housing the hose is attached to is where the thermostat is

For Audi A4 the fuse box is located on the left side of dashboard behind a plastic cover (for left hand steering wheel vehicle). On inner face of the plastic cover you will find the fuse diagram.
First fuse on first row from left upper corner is Fuse Nr.20 = F20 (15A) - RH headlamp low beam, headlamp adjustment.
First fuse on second row from left upper corner is Fuse Nr.21 = F21 (15A) - LH headlamp low beam, headlamp adjustment.

not sure what engine you have....rule of thumb is follow the upper radiator hose to the block.....it's usually a two bolt deal....but chrysler likes to hide easy fixes under alot of other stuff like electrical looms etc.

The door switch is located within the lock assembly and cannot be serviced. You must replace the lock mechanism.

Locate the upper radiator hose and trace it back to the engine. This should connect to a piece that has 2 to 3 bolts, maybe 4 on a Jaguar, remove that piece and the thermastat should be located inside it. Make sure you have picked up the replacement and a new seal before you do this so you have the parts to put it back together.

Follow your Upper Radiator Hose to The Motor. It connects to a Bell Housing on the Block. Remove the Bellhousing and the Hose and the Thermostat is Right Underneath it. Please Rate my Response, I need all the Help That I can Get! Thanks!

follow the top radiator hose to the motor,,and it will connect to a aluminum fitting (Pipe) this will be the thermostat housing.

that could be a coil pack or spark plug problem,take the coil pack off number 4 put it on number 3 and see if it changes the misfire to that cylinder if it does change the coil pack.....
