FORD E350 losses power after 2 hours of driving. Speed will drop down to 20-25 and won't shift any longer. But if I put on neutral and press on the gas, the engine will rev up.

Sounds like it goes into "limp mode" sometimes this happens to keep from damaging transmission. Transmission may be over heating or low on transmission fluid.

Pulsated break peddle happen then abs light came on then awd light came one and now losses power going up hill or pushing the gas to fast from a stop losses power ,like it cuts out

pulsating brake pedal indicates that the ABS is active under brakes whether it is required or not
from the rest I would first have a fault scan done to find any faulty sensors
Try replacing the ECM with a known good unit as the scan fault readings may reveal a problem ECM

My 93 honda civic losses velocity while driving and i have to press on gas pedal to gain velocity

Throttle position sensor could be becoming faulty. Puts out a specific millivolt to be read by computer. If reading is unstable could cause issue. How about fuel filter? Good luck.

Fuel line losses pressure and the truck will not stay on, have replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump. after changing the fuel pump notice that the fuel pump has no power to it, checked the fuse and it is...

What year and model is the truck?.. You say that if you use starting fluid and keep the gas pedal on open throttle the truck stays on?.. that means that at certain point you do get gas in the fuel system. Is it correct?.. otherwise let me know so I can give you more instructions.
