I have a 1991 Sedan deVille. If I try to start it with the key, it does nothing. All the accessories work with the key in the run position. If I bypas the ignition system, it starts just fine. What could be wrong?

So you have no crank no start correct. Three possible items to check : ignition switch,neutral safety switch, starter relay. and if applicable starter interrupt relay.

When you say the starter has power, are you saying it has power on the large post and on the small post when the key switch is in the start position ? Can you jump the terminals and make it crank ?
Check the fluid.Change the fluid and filter and see if it gets better.If it does then I would recommend a fluid transfer.This will transfer the old fluid and add new fluid.Hope this helps.Good luck.
The lines should be differant sizes.. Did you check it? Ther should be a diagram on the cover over your radiator showing you the set up.. Hope this helps..
