Changed both o2 sensors still rough idle and codes p2195 and p2197 still there

P2195 & 97 is a lean condition reported by both O2
on right side

The pcm drove the fuel trim lean to correct for a over
rich condition on right bank only due to a leaking fuel
injector most likely

That is a common problem on an expedition with 5.4

I have seen people find & replace the bad injector
I would mail all of them away to be ultra-sonicly cleaned
& flow tested if it were mine

If you have a professional scan tool or software you woulod
see the issue on fuel trim.

The MAF is common to both banks & you only have an issue
on the right side so the MAF is okey

Your plugs should give some indication of the bad injector
if that is the case

Need details on brakes!!

I'm getting codes with obd II read for o2 sensor 1 bank 1 and sensor 1 bank 2 i have a rough running 2004 ford escape 3.0 V6

If the O2 Sensors are original, you could just change the front 2

The ones closest to the engine.

Any other issue you need to actually diagnose, as codes
are for just that reason

They don't ever tell you to replace anything

Running rough is more the O2 Sensors

Plugs
MAF Dirty
Vacuum Leaks
Ignition Coils going bad

P2195 and p2197 are the 2 codes that pop up what are they and what do i need to change? mazdz mpv 2005 3.0 li

P2195 and P2197 means that the O2 sensors on each bank are seeing WAY too much oxygen in the exhaust gas. In normal operation the signal from the O2 sensors should swing back and forth between rich and lean... Your sensors are locked on lean. Replace both O2 sensor.

Hope helps (remember rated this).
