Brackets are broken off welds. Remove two rear torx bolts, tilt seat forward to unclip front, pull seat and re-weld brackets.

Drivers power seat will not move forward from full rear position.how do I access rear bolts to remove seat for repair? all seat switches work

I would look real careful under the seat and make sure that there is nothing obstructing the movement. Also check the tracks that it sleds on for pennies or anything else blocking it as well.

Cant open trunk, is there access to trunk space from rear passenger seat?

Yes there is access to the trunk from the rear seat but the bad news is the release for the seats is in the trunk on the top passenger side of the trunk.
