Passenger compartment fuse panel / power distribution box
 The fuse panel is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by
the brake pedal. Remove the panel cover to access the fuses.
To remove the fuse panel cover, turn the panel fasteners
counterclockwise.
The #6 fuse is the trailer/stop light, it is a 20 AMP

It is in the fuse box under the dash on the drivers side,# 66 is right hand side seat 70 is the left hand side and they are both 30 amp, i have problems with my seat to but i have tracked it to the element in the seat.

Cigarette lighter fuse is in the fuse box on he driver side of the car under the dash. It is a blue 15 amp fuse, located on the left of the fuse compartment. You will see 4 rows of little fuses. The 2nd row starts a little further to the left than the 1st row does. The fuse you need is that far left one in the 2nd row of fuses.

if you have miss place your owner manual it should be on the cover telling you which one is give this website a try to see if you can download one www.edmunds.com if all fails stop by your local lincoln dealership in the parts department and they be able to print off the pictures and diagrams you will need wish you the best of luck Michigan Man.

Where is the OBD II fuse located?
It is with most other fuses and relays under the hood back by the cab on the firewall and should be labled. The owners manual should show you a picture of the fuse/relay panel assembly. If you don't have the manual go on line and google 2003 Lincoln Aviator Service Manual. Good luck!!
