Can't say for sure.
But the ABS are your Anti-lock braking system , get them fixed now you can lose control of the car if you have to stop short.
The mechanic will tell you about the other lights, they may all be related to the brakes.
If the explanation point is inside of what looks like a tire. Tire Pressure Monitor System. Inflate your tires to the correct pressure (probably 32psi) Or could be an issue with you TPMS
Why did you not leave the vehicle at a repair shop or dealer
to be properly diagnosed & repaired
Any time you get any dash light on after the motor is running I
check for codes that day & get on with the required checking
& resolving within days or use another vehicle
You should stop using a vehicle with check lights & faults
& forget the free codes checks at the parts stores
Always use a professional scan tool & look at all data real time
generic & enhanced something a code read won't do & go for
a long road test with the scan along
Cylinder misfires will ruin an expensive exhaust converter
as will vacuum leaks, leaking injectors etc.
Today's vehicles need to be 100% or parked or you create
problems,do damage, run up your repair costs & shorten the
life of the vehicle all thanks to the Govt Emission non-sense
My 2007 Honda pilot did the same thing. I took the above advice regarding the oil condition (mine was obviously poor, although I change it every 3 mos) and had it changed immediately. The engine light, VSA light, and the triangle with ! all cleared and the vehicle began to run properly again. No problems since. Thank you to Shawn Bruns!!
Thanks for the info... that fixed the problem with the VSA light going on. The error code had nothing to do with the VSA system. Error code said I was low on oil. The dealer I brought it to said the VSA system will not work when you are low on oil. When the VSA warning light comes on, you loose 80% of your engine power because of it. They changed the oil and I have not had the VSA warning light go on since.
The Vehicle Stability Assist system is turned off. Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) is an electronic stability control system that works in conjunction with the Pilot's drive-by-wire throttle and its 4-channel ABS systems to enhance controllability while the vehicle is accelerating, braking, cornering or when the driver makes a sudden maneuver. VSA functions by applying brake force to one or more wheels independently while also managing the throttle, ignition and fuel systems to help the vehicle maintain the driver's intended path of travel.
You need to find the VSA button on the dash and push it, this will activat the VSA and turn off the yellow light.
I can’t be much help on this one (too new for my experience), but your manual will say this (which probably isn’t all that helpful either). The vehicle stability assist (VSA) system helps to stabilize the vehicle during cornering if the vehicle turns more or less than desired. It also assists you in maintaining traction while accelerating on loose or slippery road surfaces. It does this by regulating the engine’s output and by selectively applying the brakes. When VSA activates, you may notice that the engine does not respond to the accelerator in the same way it does at other times. There may also be some noise from the VSA hydraulic system. You will also see the VSA activation indicator blink. The VSA system cannot enhance the vehicle’s driving stability in all situations and does not control your vehicle’s entire braking system. It is still your responsibility to drive and corner at reasonable speeds and to leave a sufficient margin of safety. On touring models you will also see a ‘‘CHECK VSA SYSTEM’’ message on the multiinformation display if there is a problem with the VSA system. Without VSA, your vehicle still has normal braking and cornering ability, but it does not have VSA traction and stability enhancement. The VSA system automatically turns on every time you start the engine, even if you turned it off the last time you drove the vehicle. I’d get on the Honda people about the problem, especially since you just got the car. I would think that the alarming sounds you are hearing have to do with the unit working the brakes when it shouldn't be, but that's a guess. Hope this helps some.
