When a car is under warranty it is always best to speak to the dealer as ,with hyundai warranty,if they find something wrong hyundai pay for it....and you get ot know them a bit better(it helps)
the reason for me suggesting this is you have not descrbed the noise and what you are doing to generate this noise.......(is it a squeek,a grinding, does it stop when you brake hard/soft...etc

I have a cx7 2011. I noticed there was a moaning sound comeing when I backed up. But today it did in forward. Any suggestions on what could be causeing this noise.

Ummm only initially ie from cold or while driving at normal temperature, speeds?

1st automatic thought is transmission especially if Auto not manual.

Checked the transmission fluid level?

The moaning sound? Could it be break lining sound ie as if hand break on or break pads grabbing.

With wheels of ground rotate them to see if they freely move, naturally the car would have to be in neutral for front wheel drives, hand break released for rear wheels.
If AWD then im stumped as ive no experience with them cars.

Noise can also come from badly warn cv joints, theyre mostly noticed when moving at some some speed in any direction especially with steering turned sharply ie full lock or close to it.

Best i can do without actually being there to observe when exactly it makes the sound you describe.

Good Luck

My camshaft will not turn manually and when I try to turn it it makes a clicking noise. Also, when I look down the spark plug holes, Holes 1 & 4 pistons are up while 2 & 3 are down, what order should it be...

I certainly hope you meant crankshaft and not camshaft. As far as the pistons are concerned on most 4 cylinder engines if 1 & 4 are up then 2 & 3 are down. If you don't have the crank positioned with all four pistons at mid-stroke, then chances are if you rotate the camshaft you will break or bend valves since this engine is an interference engine.

1993 Lexus SC400- alternator has been replaced twice but dash lights and headlights continue to flicker especially when breaking. When driving car the first 15 min or so it shakes and makes loud grinding...

First have battery checked at a Interstate battery place or equivelant. All issues point to low voltage. A shorted battery will cause the alternator not to work.

Noises

That noise is probably your brake pads rubbing the rotor(s). Time to get them replaced before rotors are ruined.

Break light will not work

It's blowing the fuse because there is a short somewhere in the circuit. Your inspection just hasn't found it yet. Look for bare spots on the wiring; places where the wire might be pressed against metal (especially sharp edges); damaged connectors; etc.

Hyundai elantra 2006 Squealling but stops when applying breaks.

Easiest way first.....if the belt is squealing (at idle), spray it with belt dressing or WD-40.....if it stops....may be the belt or the bearings in the alternator....if it continues only with driving.....brake wear indicator letting you know...brake job due!

Please let me know if this helps!!!
