First check would be for blown fuses. Next i would check for a good power and ground at the drivers door switch. If you find a bad power or ground at the switch, trace it back and look for a broken wire. Most likely place to find the wire would be in the drivers door jam. If your power and ground check out ok, and the switch isn't providing power to the window motor and door locks when pressed, then the switch is bad.
Look a the wire were the door opens and closes its likely to be right in that joint were there is a brake in the wireing,,,

I know this sounds strange but I believe the problem is in the drivers door. This is where the master switch is and controls the other doors. Have it tested or replaced. Hope this helps. Good luck.

If it doesn't work from master switch then the door lock motor actuator will need to be replaced, this requires pulling the door panel.

SOUND LIKE THE DRIVERS DOOR LOCK SWITCH IS STUCK IN THE UNLOCK POSITION. SINCE THE DRIVERS DOOR LOCK SWITCH OVER-RIDES THE PASSENGER DOOR, I WOULD REPLACE THE SWITCH WITH A NEW ONE. HOPE THIS SOLVES THE PROBLEM. GOOD LUCK. KEEP US POSTED, WE ARE ANXIOUS TO KNOW.

Check the wires & fuses but it's most likely the master window switch. This is the one at the drivers door.
Before you replace anything, inspect the connector pins in both the driver's door switch and the passenger door switch. If you don't find any problem with these connector pins, replace the driver's door control switch.
