Were is the low side so i can charge it. - 2002 Suzuki XL-7

Danger! Always connect the charge fitting to the low side of the system and use the proper refrigerant. All low side fittings have been the same since around 1993. It looks like you are trying to apply the charge to the high side of the system. THIS CAN CAUSE THE CAN TO EXPLODE. Find the low side charge fitting. The low side will have a wider hose or tubing. A 134A charge kit will have the proper fitting to fit your car. The fitting might be hidden but when you find it the charge connector will fit on it.I recommend you use a charge kit with a pressure gauge. On a hot day it should read about 30-40 psi

LOW PRESSURE SIDE IS THE SUCTION CHARGE SIDE WILL BE FROM AC COMPRESSOR REFRIGERANT LINE TO THE ACCUMULATOR OR DRIER TO THE EVAPORATOR IN THE FIRE WALL THE AC COMPRESSOR LINE TO THE CONDENSOR IS THE HIGH PRESSURE SIDE YOUR DISCHARGE SIDE. DONT DONT TRY CHARGING AC SYSTEM AT THE HIGH PRESSURE SIDE. CHARGE AT THE LOW PRESSURE SIDE.

The same way you charge the front. You have a low side and high side shrader valve, you should charge it on the low side. If you buy an aftermarket can of freon then it will only fit on the low side. Yes they are different sizes so you can't make a mistake.

The easiest way to locate the low side charge port on any vehicle is to locate the A/C compressor, follow the "larger" of the two lines all the way back to the firewall. Some where along that line you will find the low side charge port.

The a/c requires r134a freon the low side fitting is on the a/c accumulator on the passenger sideof the engine compartment. Charge through the low side until the comp energizes and the low side pressure is around 25-30 psi ( with the comp on )

A/c should be charged on the low side while engine is running. Make sure high side valve is turned off. Low side reading should be around 32-35 psi at idle high side should not go above 250. I hope this helps,good luck

find the compressor it runs off the belt then locate the two lines
there is a high side and a low side there should be caps over the fittings you must charge the low side
to find the low side the lines run by the rad in on side and out the other it runs in on the high and exits on the low
the fitting should only fit on the low side on most vehicles or they could be color coated red and blue blue is the low side

2.4L engine AC low side charge port is located near the right shock tower. 3.4-3.1 engines AC low side charge port.remove right tire on driver side.remove splash shield.

Charge At he low side port, the low side is the large AC line, it may also me on the accumulator, that is a can like part near the firewall, the low side line goes to it from the AC compressor. Make sure you pull a vacuum on the system before you charge it, other wise it may not cool properly due to water vapor in the in the system.

The factory doesn't provide a stand alone low side charging port, the only way I see to get to it is to take off the low pressure switch, and hook your gauges to the schrader valve. This will require an adapter, though.
On my diagrams it shows straight across from the high pressure port, and is the only opening to the low pressure line.
When you take it loose, jumper the terminals together in the wiring harness, so the compressor will still run and you can charge it.
On your car it is (low press switch) on the passenger side connected to the big AC line, in front of the firewall about 1/4 of the way from the firewall to the front of the car, under some hoses
