Hello waterfrontag,
Pulling the battery terminal of is pretty drastic under any circumstance... a high voltage (electrostatic discharge)
"Static SPARK" can quite literally destroy even the
MOST ROBUST semiconductors in any immediate
circuits in your vehicle...
(Further reading: ESD counter-measures/handling
(your ALTERNATOR rectifier bridge for EXAMPLE)).
Take a look at your under-hood fuse block...
FUSE 3 (30 Amp)
For those of us that actually NEED more ...
information FREE circuit drawing & Technical
Service Bulletins (TSBs) can been seen on the
BBB Industries website (registration is required).
>> DRAWING clearly shows a relay
((I am seeing "similar" relays but can't verify interchange))
Check your OWN relay interchangeability...
(being experienced in LUCAS Electric (not good)
I always strive to carry EXTRA RELAYs (opinion)).

There is a relay for the ac and it is normally under the dash close to the ac evaporator

Start by checking the blower resistor. It should be under the dash on the passenger side near the blower itself. You will need to remove the glove box to access it. It is a small plate that has only a few screws and a group of wires that go to a plug in the center. Unplug it and remove the screws. When you pull it out it should look like a series of small spring shaped coils. Most likely one or two of them will be burned up. Replace it in reverse order and your blower should start working again. If this is not the problem then test the fan motor itself. Hope this helps. Good luck.

The blower on my 2005 Bonny GXP quit at about 60,000 miles (I really like using High). The blower is under the passenger dash. Mine had a three wire connector. The center wire should have 12 volts. It doesn't take very long to pull the fan out. Mine was toasted. Aftermarket fan was about $130.
