There's a chance that it could bolt up without any trouble, but the transmission for the v6 won't be as strong as the one for the v8 and it probably won't hold up for very long.

I would not use any one that has a transmission control module unless yours already has one. They do make TCMs aftermarket but you have to wire everything in and make sure its compatable for your application.
The answer is yes, any 5-speed from a 94-04 Mustang (4.6 or 3.8 doesn't matter, it's the same transmission). You'll also need the pedal assembly, shifter assembly, ecu from a 5-speed, 5-speed drive shaft, clutch and clutch cable, and flywheel. If you are talking about the axle hub nuts,then you may have to use an air impact socket driver and impact sockets.These nuts can be torqued to over 140 FT LBS. Let me know if you need more help.MOE
