Remove the passenger side kick panel(plastic piece nearest the passenger's right foot) and you will be able to see the PCM and bracket. Remove the bracket and then the bolt which goes throught the centre of the connector(does not come out of the connector). As you unscrew the bolt, the connector will slowly come back and disconnected. Let me know if you need anything else.

Presumably you disconnected the battery when you did the fuel pump and PCM? It also looks like the PCM has to be programmed with the VIN Number.

Does a 2001 Lincoln Navigator have a cabin air filter and if so where might it be located?
This link is for 2002 Lincoln it is under the hood.
All of the cars I have change was behind the glove box but they were all GM. The link for 2000 navigator says there is no cabin air filter.

Where is the low pressure for AC located on 2000 Lincoln Navigator
The low pressure port is the only one that your AC charging tool will fit on if you are planning to charge the AC unit with refrigerant. The high side port is much larger and the quick connect tool won't fit it. Look up high toward the firewall on Fords and Lincolns.
