Yeah what's you saying is right, and GM is having a big problem with Fuel Pump on such model, I Already saw a 2 Year Cobalt with a Dead Fuel Pump.. ! Best thing is Keep your tank more than the Quarter, Buy a Dealer Fuel Pump not a Jobber one, be sure the strainer is clean in the tank and check if there's any dirt in your Fuel tank ! Check too if there's any Recall about that on your Vehicle !
Yess that's right, but now the warranty is passed except if you took an extended warranty on your vehicle and if you tell me the fuel pump is still on warranty, I would be impressed about that it's been 2 year's ! I Was telling you, if you replace again the fuel pump before it die out and you get stuck on-a-side of the road somewhere else, don't buy a jobber, replace it by a dealer one !

are you using a factory pump or aftermarket pump big difference..
The second fuel pump was replaced by the dealership while under Warrenty. Assume it a factory replacement.
