the fuel sending unit is located on the fuel pump itself,located on the side of your fuel pump inside of the gas tank itself.you'll need to replace the entire fuel pump in order to solve fuel level issues. the fuel tank will have to come out,and then the fuel pump removed and replaced.it really stinks to have a bad fuel guage reading false,only to find out that the entire fuel pump has to be replaced to solve a false reading . feel free to call your local autozone or advance autoparts store for details. but here is a hint" the more fuel in your tank at the time of replacement of the fuel pump,the more expensive it will be.due to the fuel tank being "heavy" that has been my expereince so far. good luck and thank you for choosing fixya.com
It's located in the gas tank and to replace it, your going to have to drop the gas tank.

All of the fuel filters with exception of the V6 Odyssey models are located on the vehicle's firewall, in line with the fuel line feeding the engine's fuel rail. The fuel filter on the 3.5L V6 Odyssey is located in the fuel tank and requires fuel pump removal to access. Fuel filters located on the firewall should be replaced if the fuel filter exhibits signs of seepage or corrosion. Always replace a fuel filter and its sealing washers if the fuel system has become contaminated, if the fuel system fuel pressure drops below specification prior to replacing the fuel pump, or whenever the fuel pump is replaced.

this is to clear the idea,your fuel pump is located at inside you fuel tank.this is not easy job for replacement,have a precaution doing this there fuel inside your tank if you wanna do this or fix your self,you have to remove electical source by pulling out first the one pole or terminal of your battery.to prevent in any spark,using syphon pump,you can empty your fuel tank evacuate all fuel inside your tank before pulling out your fuel pump.figure showing fuel pump/

Hi irvj6ohn: The 1993 and 1994 XJ6 Fuel Pump Relay is located in the trunk of the vehicle on the right hand rear side. It is light blue and black in color. I hope this helps.
