Turn the socket counter clockwise to remove it. Then the bulbs just pull out. You can get access to the bulb socket from the rear side.
Other types have two screws on the lens that you remove and then pull the bulbs out.

Oh Ok, you have the LED bar that runs across. There should be a set of screws that hold it on. Not exactly sure how many. 3 or 4 screws will hold on the bar. Once the screws are removed you should then be able to lightly pry if off. It also has a light adhesive as well as the screws.

How do I remove the lens to Change backup light 2001 clk 430 convertible

I believe you do not remove the lens - rather you open the trunk and find the back of the lamp (you'll have to remove the panel in front of it) and remove and change the bulbs from inside the trunk.

What is the code for the radio for a 2002 clk 430

The only way to get a code for the radio is from the dealer. Give them your license and registration to show the vehicle is yours. Then they will give you the code. This is for free, so dont let them charge you money.

How do i change the light bulbs that illuminate the license plate?

If the car is a hatch back, there is a access panel in the middle of the interior panel, you should be able to access them from there, its a tight squeeze. If its just a four door you can access them from inside the trunk.
