The problem may be the brake caliper is sticking,jack up the front of the vehicle & spin the wheels to see if they are free,you should hear the disc pads just skimming the disc they should not be hard to turn, make sure the shifter in in neutral(N) & the hand brake is on......hope this helps.....cheers

    i follow above instruction and there's nothing wrong with the brake caliper, i could hear the disc pads skimming the disc and not hard to turn.

    try doing the same things on the rear wheels to make sure that the brakes are not sticking,if there is no problem there yum may have to take the vehicle to a steering specialist to see if they can help,there may be a problem with the power steering.....hope this helps .....cheers

Vibration in front end while driving. steering wheel shaking. stops at higher speeds.
Have your tires checked for tread separation and your wheels checked for balance. Out of balance tires will go through harmonics such that at one speed it will vibrate a lot more than at another (higher or lower) speed.

Steering tracking to the right
Please check for a dragging LF caliper. Then be sure the front tires are at the same PSI. Then be sure the problem is not caused by the tires.*
Miss matched BRANDS,sizes or unusual wear patterns on one or both tires will cause a pull.
Tires look good? Rotate them,one side at a time until pull goes away.
Also, to see if it IS a tire problem,swap left to right and see if it pulls to the right.Easier to do that,first.

One more test: With you hands off of the steering wheel,start the car. If the steering wheel jerks to one side,you may have a bad /plugged spool valve inside the rack and pinion.

* I have seen that happen with NEW tires.

Hi,
The problem in the acceleration might be the electronic governor and the clutch have to be replace. ur nearest service center would check on it thoroughly, its a bit expensive and a experience Renault technician is needed! The front wheel alignment should be checked again, as u said somebody have tinkered on ur steering! Tell them to check the front wheel alignment(toe-in/toe-out) and the cambering. Ask them to show the result of computer wheel alignment. Wheel balancing is for the tyres only, not the steering!

Trying to correct a problem with the steering, it is pulling right and the steering wheel is shaking from left to right and it is more noticeable when in low gear. Wheels have been aligned and balanced...
if pulls right when braking,then l/h brake is faulty, the ajustments on the steering arms not even so steering bob/rack is self centering so r/h ajustment is too tinht,,wheels shaking=wheel bent,out of balance,bearings in hub worn so wheel wobbles

The specs are what the manufacturer recommends for the vehicle when it leaves the factory. However that means with the original tires and condition. The caster is not adjustable on a Corolla, so if the vehicle pulls even with the tires switched, there is a possibility there is damage to the strut or steering parts. However, before changing anything, check all tire pressures and make sure the brakes are in good condition. A brake that is not releasing properly will cause a pull to that side. Individual toe is rather meaningless - the total toe is what is measured. You have no king pins on a Toyota so you will not have KPI.
