if you google Where is flasher relay located on 1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 you will find answers. Look above the fuse box under the left side of the dash to locate the flasher unit. The flasher is a square unit that looks like a relay. It will have its own receptacle mounted separately from the fuse box.
enter your vehicle info . year , make , model and engine . Under system click on electrical distribution , then under subsystem click on relay .Then click search ,two blue links will pop up . Click on the top one . Good luck ,hope this helps and GOD bless .
The fuel pump relay is #4, counting from the left on the top row of relays. (accessible from under the dash) It should have a control # XXXXX 208 printed on top.
THE MAIN FUSE RELAY BOX LOCATED AT THE LEFT END OF INSTRUMENT PANEL BEHIND THE END COVER.YOU HAVE FUSES AND RELAYS UNDER THE DASH UNDER THE SOUND INSULATOR AT LEFT END OF THE INSTRUMENT PANEL.
If you have your owners manual look at the fuse box under roadside emergencies on page 105, using the picture shown of the fuse box, locate the circut breaker, marked in pic as Heater should be a small black box that plugs in, this is the 30A circut breaker for the blower motor test with a meter to see if it is good, if you do not have an owners manual go to fleet.ford.com an download one for free, hope this helps, let me know
relay 1 engine compartment
fascia 2 relay 18 (if it is diesel) relay 10 (diesel again) and this could likely be the best candidate relay 4 fuel pump relay/glow plug relay
Now for the fuse box locations ... looking from the front of the car... the engine compartment fuse box is on the left side up near the firewall.
fascia two is the lowest of the two fuse panels on the drivers side under the dash to the right of the steering column (left if it was a right hand drive).
This took about 15 minutes to locate all the possible fuses, be that as it may if i missed it don't hesitate to ask me again.
