The sensor is in one of two places either on the side of the radiator or on the coolant recovery tank!

1998 buick century low coolant light keeps flashing after I filled overflow container-radiator is full

Change the low coolant sensor. It is located on the radiator. It might be a good idea to get the radiator flushed too.

The low coolant light is on

If the low coolant light is coming on, there could be a leak in the cooling system and the system may be very low. Sometimes if the cooling system is full and there are no leaks, the low coolant sensor might have a malfunction and turns on the low coolant light.
