Severe vibration at 60 mph, some noise sometimes in the front passenger side

harmonic vibration from the wheel wobbling
could be suspension rubbers , failing bearings or the brake rotor vibrating in the callipers

did you do a wheel alignment after replacing these parts also some cv jints need to be greased. also check the wheel balance

Most likely a tire/wheel balance issue. The weights that are used to balance the tires can sometimes fall off. Generally how far out of balance it is determines when and how bad it will shake. Unfortunately this is not fixable without a tire balancing machine, has to got to a tire shop.

Were the tires rotated or replaced recently? Most major tire shops will check the balance for you at little or no charge if you take it back to the shop where the work was done.

You can also try to identify the problem tire by rotating the front and rear tires one side at a time. For example, if the vibration is coming from the front, swap the front and rear passenger side tires and drive the vehicle again. If the vibration moves to the back it's most likely the (now) passenger side rear tire that's out of balance. If the is no change, try the driver's side tires.

Wheel joint, ortire out of balance.

i have the same truck and my passenger side spindle in bad causing the vibration.

Most likely with this problem is the front tires. The tires maybe " out of balance " or " out of round " causing the vibration at certain speeds.

I had a similar problem. The dealer change automatic transmission and differential, but the noise continu. After research on internet i think the problem is the front galiper who create a vibration on the disc wheel and the vibration frequence follow the front axle until interior car. Just press slowly the brake pedal and if the noise stop , that's it the cause i think. I dont change my galiper, but i have a new transmission . :)))

Check your u-joints in your front axles. It sounds like it is time to replace them.

Check the right side engine mount ASAP!
Call the dealer and give them the VIN number.

There is a new TOYOTA part no. 123052-0D120 to address this problem.

The old design on 05 and 06 has the noise problem.

In order to pin point the problem I will need the VIN number.

You need to replace your wheel bearing. Ford Escape bearings usually need changed around 80,000+ miles from my experience.
