sounds like you need to check some fuses does your radio and air control lights come on @ all or your interior lights when you open the doors you have two places that fuses are located one under the dash and the other in the engine compartment your user manual should show you where to locate them and you might see a diagram to see what fuses are for what components on the car my truck has a pannel on the driver side of the dash it is a triangle shape pannel that pops out so it can be tricky to locate the fuses some times
CHECH TO SEE IF YOU HAVE FUSES UNDER THE HOOD, COULD BE A RELAY.BUT IF ALL THE REST WORK THE DRIVER SIDE PANNEL COULD BE BAD.KEEP YOUR WINDOWS UP WHEN IT IS RAINING,TAKE A TEST LIGHT AND SEE IF THE PANNEL IS GETTING POWER
You might want to check and see if you can find any inline fuses going directly to the control panel. I had the same problem on a different car. Just in case.....there should be fuses under dash and under hood. Maybe a relay is even out.
Recheck fuse 18 (15amp) in the central under dash fuse panel. This is the fuse that feeds all of the items you listed.Make sure it has power to it. If it does not have power to it then it maybe the accesory delay relay which it is the center top relay in that fuse box, this relay is fed by fuse 6 (30amp) in the battery junction box under the hood.
sounds like you probably just blew a fuse , check your fuses , there should be a diagram on the fuse pannel cover that tells you what each fuse is for.
