Dont have the specs for your vehicle horn should have a re-lay also there is more then one location for fuses under hood left foot kick box under dash in lines vehicles have fuses, re-lays and circuit breakers (they are supposed to self reset) you can also try the owners manuel it should also have a diagram of fuses

If the fuse is not in the under hood fuse block look on the passengers side instrument panel. You should see at the end of the i.p. when you open the passengers side front door.Hope this helps.Good luck.

Horn not working on 2002 Buick Regal, check fuse and that's not the problem. Any ideas???

you need a test light to see if there is power and earth going to the horn when the switch is pressed,, if the live and earth are present you need a new horn if they or one of them are missing you will need totrace back from the horn to find either a broken wire or a faulty switch ,,, hope this helps

Hello, Just bought a 2000 Buick Regal, horn

Take the horn button assembly apart--there should be only one wire there (goes to the horn relay) and not be grounded. It goes to the insulated metal part that grounds the plate when button pushed. Unfix the grounded wire and see if horn is quiet. You may need to replace that wire if it still sounds.
