Acura 2.5 TL – 1997
On rainy days, my car is not behaving properly. Apparently it has to do when it gets wet from the bottom up because of the potholes of water that forms on the road. As the car is running, regardless of rain, it behaves normally until you turn off the engine. Once I reach my destination, I turn off the engine and no matter how long it is off (five minutes or three hours), 30 seconds after turning on the engine, it starts to fail and run out of power. The check engine light does not turn on (check engine light is good). To resolve the problem, after starting the engine, I keep between 3000 rpm and 4000 rpm (by pressing the accelerator pedal forward and back continuously) for approximately two minutes until the condition disappears. After that, the engine behaves normally until I stop and turn off the engine again. This condition occurs only in rainy days. On sunny days it never happens. Is there anyone who can help me?
I do the following:
Ignition Cap with O-Ring Seal Replaced.
Ignition Cables and Spark Plugs Replaced.
Battery Rplaced.
All fuses cheked.
