Hate to tell you this, but you will need to remove the entire dashboard to access the heater core.

Its got worn bearings ,add a tin of STP oil additive then sell it quick

The Town Car Executive series is the bottom line of the Town Cars.
It has the fittings to put a CD Player in...but most did not have them (unless specially ordered)

The next series up...is the Signature Series and has a 50 / 50 chance of having a CD player.
After that, the Presidential Series (special ordered series had the players)
Then top of the line Lincoln Town Car is the Cartier...with all the bells & whistles...and CD Player.

If ya have one...its in the trunk usually on the drivers side just below the "air ride" switch.

Put as much pressure as you dare on it with a puller then a couple of good wacks with a brass hammer will do the trick.

check all steering and suspension components ball joints,tie rods, pitman arm,center link. One or more of these may be wore out
