If the tires were the exact size the problem would not be there. Replace the sensor to the size tires or replace the tires back to the same size it was before

Reset tire monitor

The tires must be inflated to what is stated on the driver's door jamb sticker. If your tires are larger than what came factory and require a different pressure than what the door jamb states, the RCDLR must be reprogrammed for such.

Do oversized tires alter the speedometer. The speedometer stated i was going 65 and the state police clocked me at 79 mph.

Most certainly does
You need a different gear in the trans or transfer case, that drives the speedo
Now if the speed sensor is the output, then you will need help. I personally do not know, if a scan tool can reprogram the ecm/bcm etc, to correct for the tire change.

Ask that question next.

Resetting the tire pressure indicator on a chevy

Typically a tire pressure monitoring system uses an indirect measurement, and only measures the differences between the pressure in all of your tires. It does this by monitoring the speed at which the wheels are rotating. If one of the tires has low pressure, it will have to spin faster than the others, because the tire is partially flat, and the diameter of the tire is smaller.
If you are running different tire pressures in the front and back tires, then it might trigger the light to come on.
This might also be due to uneven tire wear or different size tires on the front and back.
Check the tire wear, and temporarily run equal tire pressure in the front and rear. It might take a few miles for the light to reset, so give it some time.

Had a low tire and service tire monitor came on

chevrolet usually resets itself after the problem is fixed. unless it is a bad sensor on one of the wheels. also check the spare some spares have a monitor in them.

Service Brake system flashed three seperate times over 24 hours

2 suggestions:

(1) I would suggest someone scan the ABS system for codes. I Have an '03 silverado 2500HD Crew cab, and it needs an EBCM (Electronic Brake Control Module) "ABS module". "Service Brake System" message on dash, ABS and Brake warning lamps lit as well. May be the R/F ABS wheel speed sensor, but what you described happen, shouldn't have caused damage to it.
(2) If the aftermarket rim and tire combo are larger than stock (larger overall diameter), then this may affect the way your PCM functions. You can reprogram the PCM to recognize larger diameter running gear so trans shift points and the speedometer and such can function properly.
I hope this helps.
