Raise the hood and look for two small screws on the headlight, one is closer to the radiator for side to side adjustment and the other is for up and down adjustment.

What measurements can I use to line up the headlights on a 2000 Chevy Silverado when I line up on a wall?

i always measure the center of headlights up from the ground. then i put vehicle 10 feet from wall and and then i measure up the wall and adjust lights to aim 2 inches lower than the center measurement. Now for the side to side i sit in truck and aim the driverside straight and the passenger slightly to the right.

I have to install a new headlight in my 2007 2500hd silverado, do i have to remove the grill in order to install this, and if so how do I remove the grill.

No there should be 2 long metal pins you pull up on top of headlight assemblies, then the headlights should pull straight out.

Need to adjust my headlights down a little on my 2006 silverado 2500hd. I see the adjustment screw, is that all I have to do is turn it and which way?

Turning the screw should be all you have to do. Not sure which way but if you have it lined up on something after dark you will be able to tell if your going the right way.
