SOURCE: location/testing of crank sensor 1995 jeep wrangler
Should be on the bellhousing on the drivers side just where you need rubber arms to reach it.Should have no continuity between b&c terminals (check with ohmeter) Harness plug is usually on the drivers side between the master cyl and the back of the engine (unless someone moved it)

Crank position sensor has a higher failure rate than it should...however i would not change it "at random" Check for continuity between b&c terminals of the sensor with a digital ohmeter.
There should be no continuity between them (b&c should be marked on connector) No continuity reading is same as when probes are not connected to each other.
I really dislike when people try and help and use terms that owners can't understand ... "check your zxy and qtr then add an abc" dosen't seem helpful. I hope I am as clear as I can be!!!
Good luck.

Good luck (remember rated this help).

After you crank it for a while, take out one of the spark plugs. If it is dry then you have a fuel issue. If it is wet and smells like gas you have a spark issue. Find that out and report back and then we can get more specific.
SOURCE: 1993 jeep wrangler turns over but will not crank
a faulty neutral sw on the clutch keeps the engine from turning over .... your car probably has starter a relay/solenoid somewhere close to the battery, from which the intial engine electricity comes, and goes to starter and firing system. if the is faulty then no spark.....good luck
