I have a 2007 Hyundai Tuscon. It is starting to make a steady clicking noise when the ac/heat fan is turned on. The noise is steady regardless of speed of fan. Any thoughts?
You have something stuck in the squirrel cage of the blower motor. All you need to do is drop the glove box open and look where the cabin air filter is,remove the cabin air filter and reach down there and pull the stuff out;its usually a leaf or napkin.

Please check the heater motor and also the thermostat. If those don't work, then this can also lead to your ac/heating system to malfunction as well.
Please use autozone to get a free diagnostic run on your car to get a list of errors. Then, they can tell you which errors are relevant to your ac/heating issue.

With your key in the ignition, do not turn it, open the fuse panel by the drivers side door, pull out the 30amp P/CONN fuse at the very bottom (mine was in a weird yellow casing) then plug it back in. The disk drive of the radio should make a noise. Now start your Tuscon and turn on your radio.
Check for oil leaks running onto the manifold or muffler. Check that the fan belts are tight and not slipping Check for wires touiching hot bits. Check that the oil filler cap is fitted tightly
Check your radiator cooling fans to make sure they're coming on when thy're suppose to. As soon as you tur on the ac, on the radiator fan should come on. If it does try wiggling the wires for the fan to make sure it's not an intermittent problem(be careful, fan may be off and start unexpectedly).
