If the air conditioner compressor is seizing it could cause the vibration you experience.

I have a 2000 Lincoln navigator I just recently had a lower ball joint put on the driver front wheel since then my truck shakes tends to be on the right side what could it be

When you do ball joints or wheel hub bearings, you do
BOTH Sides

You have a 14 year old vehicle

Need to go thru the entire front end, looking for worn parts,
struts/shocks etc, everything,steering rack,ties rods inner & outer

Doesn't seem today's repair shops do much to help or educate
anyone.

Can i drive my lincoln navigator with the air ride suspension switched off?

As long as the system does not leak down, and the body stays up off the wheels, yes you can.

WHERE IS THE REAR HEIGHT SENSOR ON 2004 LINCOLN NAVIGATOR

Usually between the frame and the rear axles. A lever type device, should be fairly easy to locate. Check that the compressor is building air pressure and storage tank. Air bags not leaking and etc.

2004 Lincoln Navigator when making slow turn wheel fully turned in either direction the truck comes to a complete stop while in gear. I have to press the gas hard to move. I had a strutmasters kit...

check and adjust the turn stops so that a turn angle of 20 degrees is the maximum
It is possible that with the changed suspension that the steering on full turn is making the wheels at such an angle that the vehicle is trying to push the wheel sideways instead of rolling it around the corner

03 navigator , check suspension light comes on intermittently and car is difficult to steer. Dealership says control module is faulty

YEP COULD BE FAULTY AIR SPRING COMPUTER SYSTEM OR COULD BE FAULTY HEIGHT SENSOR OR BAD AIR COMPRESSOR.

2004 Lincoln nave, rear wheels jacked up high, front wheels normal, rides real rough??? any thoughts???? Thanks,

Replace the air suspension with conventional shock/strut
conversions. The Air Ride System is not worth investing
time and money ,after the vehicle is 5 years old.
Too expensive to maintain ,and too difficult to diagnose

Next time buy the Ford version of the vehicle
