The lighter/outlets fuse in under the hood, on the drivers side fender.

The lighter fuse should be the 4th little one in from the driver. It is a 20A/yellow colored fuse.

The only yellow ( 20A ) I found on my 1997 Grand Voyager was from the left hand side. Marked " Wipers ". They are working, my " Lighter slot " is not.

Is there more than one replacement fuse for cigar lighter inside Plymouth Voyager 1999?

No. Most common fix is the cylinder for the lighter. Next is the wiring. Usually right behind the lighter plug.

Power outlet (cigarette lighter) fuse blown. where do i find fuse box?

on a 1998 the fuse block is located behind a dust shield under the steering column. two plastic screws hold a cover plate up. simply turn these a 1/4 turn and the cover should fall out and there is your fuse block for the inside. also one on the drivers side under the hood behind battery. these are mainly buss fuses and relays. good luck hope this helps.
