Heater, air cond. and blower motor do not run. all fuses are good . cond. runs with jumpers. this truck has the electronic controls and i cannot find any electricl prints to work with. not even chilton. the control panel shows the blower is running but its not. the only thing that seems to work are the lights on the control panel and the 3 fan relays.

SOURCE: 2004 Chevrolet Silverado Heater/AC Blower on without Ignition ON

there is no relay for the heater fan it's a 15 amp fuse and is on the accessories circuit. the reostat is responsible for all 3 speeds .with the key off there should be no voltage to the blower motor whether the fans speed fan switch is on or off. the fuse will be located in the fuse paneleither on the drivers left side in the dash or underneath the dash in the fuse block. you have a short in the harness that is under the dash and most likely it's a bad plug on the harness. your going to have to do some searching but that's where the problem short is... please rate

SOURCE: cooling fan

Whoever told you the temperature gauge on cavalier is normal 3/4th is the lie. It is however in operating temperature range but on the hot side. Have you flushed your coolant and replaced thermostate, and gotten air vapor locks out.

SOURCE: 2004 Suburban rear blower motor not working !

You will have a blower motor resistor that controls power and the speeds to the blower motor it will be by the blower motor and is cheap new.

Location of heater relay on 2003 ford focus.

There is no relay, according to my info. At the blower motor, green wire is voltage, fuse protected, goes hot with key on. Black wire is ground. The blower speed control switch is part of ground circuit. There are resistors for the lower speeds. Hi speed doesn't use a resistor. If you have good voltage and ground at blower motor and no blower action, suspect the blower motor. Any motor that uses brushes, sometimes you can tap on suspect motor, and it will run intermittently. Sign of bad brushes.
You may be able to use jumper wires to blower motor connector for voltage and ground, from the battery, just to see if blower motor will run? If it won't run, suspect blower motor. If you use jumpers, use an inline fuse, just in case.

Heat NOT blowing out ANY air consistently!!

Can be blower motor easy to test --remove it look for imbalance by spinning to check bearing smoothness / freeplay . Hook up ground then use inline fuse connector with lower than fuse panel ## number of fuse -- find power Eg .car battery -- be sure to ground then connect Fan to visually see it spin .. NOW if you have any type of electronic dash mounted controls for heat / air conditioning - most likely electrical issue is in it . you said blower motor does sometimes function - Test wires that plug in to it for power / find groung then probe by test light when in heat mode = switch to air cond mode if fan functions then problem in controls on dash .. if no test light reaction search wires for short or damage .. As FUNNY as it sounds I have pulled mouse nest out of GM heater fans - They access parked vehicle by drain hole inner fender well it drains water from wiper blade / heater vent area .

My Air cond, heat and vent doesn't work at all on my car. I have replaced fuses and the blower motor. Whenever I put the new motor in it would run then blow the fuses. Could it be the compressor?

No, the compressor will NOT cause these fuses to blow. You have a SHORT in your electrical system. you have a HOT wire getting into the Ground for that system

I have a 2006 Grand vitara and the A/C or Heater does not blow air. What part is responisble for this.

FIRST CHECK HVAC FUSE AND BLOWER MOTOR FUSE AND RELAY.IF BOTH CHECK OUT OKAY PROBLEM COULD BE HVAC CONTROL SWITCH OR MODULE OR THE BLOWER MOTOR IS BAD.TO KEEP FROM SPENDING ALOT OF MONEY.THE HVAC CONTROL MODULE CONTROL SWITCH VERY EXPENSIVE.IT COULD COST $300.00 TO $400.00 DOLLARS.WHAT I WOULD DO IS REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR IN THE LEFT REAR TRIM PANEL.HOT WIRE TO BATTERY USING JUMPER WIRES.IF BLOWER MOTOR RUNS ITS THE HVAC SWITCH.IF BLOWER MOTOR DONT RUN REPLACE IT.IF THE HVAC IS BAD BEST FOR DEALERSHIP TO CHECK IT OUT.BECAUSE YOUR DASH HAS AIR BAGS IN IT. WHICH WOULD BE DANGEROUS.

My blower is not working for my heater

first off! check the heater blower fuse in the fuse box if it is good? then check the power lead to the heater motor itself as well as the ground wire to it to insure proper connection if that all checks out satifactory then take a jumper wire from the B+ side of the battery straight to the heater motor if the motor fails to run then change the motor if it does run? then check / change the blower motor relay

FIRST OF ALL CHECK TO SEE IF POWER IS GOING TO BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL SWITCH. IF NOT. CHECK THE BLOWER MOTOR FUSE AND RELAY.IF ALL IS GOOD.HOT WIRE THE BLOWER MOTOR.IF IT RUNS PROBLEM COULD BE THE SWITCH AND RESISTOR.IF IT DONT RUN OR BARELY RUN. OR NO RUN THE BLOWER MOTOR IS FAULTY OR POOR GROUNDING.
