Crusie control does not work on 2011 gmc sierra 1500 and I've already replaced the switch?

If the switch is replaced, then it can be wiring issue or faulty cruise control board. But as the switch is replaced, get the voltage at the switch tested to confirm the switch is actually receiving voltage. If no voltage received at switch power supply wire then ,apply external 12 volt power to the cruise control switch wire and then see if cruise control comes ON.If yes, then you know wiring is issue.

Cruise control does not work on my 97 chevy 1500 pickup truck

No it would not be a fuse, the cruise is not fused directly.

I have a 1998 gmc sierra 1500 z71 and the cruise control doesn't work at all. Is there any way I can fix it myself?

Actually FIXING the cruise control is usually not very hard. The hard part is finding out what is WRONG with the cruise control. Cruise control problems are usually caused by a broken clockspring (or contact assembly) in the steering column or a faulty cruise control servo assembly. Of course, there are several other possible reasons for the cruise to malfunction, but these are the most common.

The first step would be to scan your Engine Control Module (ECM) for fault codes. Please note that cruise control faults will not normally cause the Check Engine light to illuminate, so it is NOT safe to assume there are no codes present just because the light is not on. If the Check Engine light IS on, then you need to scan your ECM anyway! If there is a problem with the servo assembly, there will most likely be a code set. Problems with the clockspring will not usually set a code. A good clue that this could possibly be the problem is an inoperative horn and/or the Airbag warning light being on. (A broken clockspring will also cause these things)

1990 GMC Sierra 1500 pickup. Windshield wipers, Cruise Control

May want to look at replacing the wiper circuit board. It is located on the firewall adjacent to the wiper motor and has a some what square black cover with 3 torx screws and wireing harness pluged into the side.We had a truck that every time you washed it the wipers would stay on until it dryed out.You can try removing it and spaying it down with contact cleaner just watch the brease on the two contact tips.Well hope this helps.

My cruise control is not working but the light will flick on when i touch the bottom but it will not stay lit this is for a 2004 gmc sierra LT 5.3 V8

The multi purpose wand the includes the cruise control, wipers, high beams and turn signal, might have a short in it. Since the light comes on at first and immediately goes off makes me think the fuses are fine and it just a capacitor inside that wand. GM wants almost 500 for the part on my 01 Sierra, but you can easily find them online for around $90
