Blinkers dont work properly

When i put my blinkers on, the front works alright just blinks real fast like a bulb is about to blow so i replaced all the bulbs but the problem stayed. also in the back the two tail lights and the center light on the back window all blink and fast like the front but when i press the brake all the light go solid. but my four ways hazzard lights work fine and my brake lights work fine.
