If fuel pump issue, check the fuel pump relay. I wasn't sure of engine size, may not make a difference. Check the relay wiring circuits. The pink wire is voltage to load side of relay, fuse protected, goes hot with the key on. You can use a test lite to check for voltage. The control side of relay, left side, needs voltage and ground, that bottom wire is a chassis ground. That top wire is voltage, should be hot with engine cranking, comes from pcm. Hopefully that relay is located behind driver side kick panel, to the left of foot-well. If it isn't located in that area, then, I don't know?
If you are referring to the old inertia switch for fuel shut off during a crash, the manufacturers don't use these any longer. The airbag system is connected to the fuel pump relay through the ECM. When the airbags deploy, the fuel pump stops. This system involves using the standard fuel pump relay. When the relay or associated circuitry fails, the fuel pump wont come on.
There are computer and safety interlocks that generally prevent cars from starting after the airbags deploy. Some cars have explosive bolts that also fire to disconnect the battery and fuel pump after an airbag deployment. These are all meant to limit damage in an accident. I suggest you take the car on a flatbed truck to a dealer or mechanic.
Assuming the pump has not died, you should be able to jumper the pump relay. The lite blue and orange wire should be power from the fuse, and the dark green and yellow wire should go to the inertia switch then to the pump.
Is there any wire that got knock off,There is a important ground wire that is at the left front fender, this is controls the circuit opening relay that turns the fuel pump on, You need to start inspecting for open fuses and restore it
The crash fuel shut-off system is integral with the airbag system. The airbag module turns off power to the primary side of the fuel pump relay in the event of an airbag deployment. There is no resettable "switch".
If the air bags deployed, the system thinks there was a collision, Check your fuel pump crash sensor. This system stops the fuel pump in the event of a crash...
