I have a 1994 Toyota Camry LE. The AC blows hot air...push button light is green, has full freon, fuse is good. What else could be the problem? Melting in SoFla!

Bad compressor, bad AC Clutch assembly or disconnected wires or a blown fuse.

I have a 1994 camry ac blows cool when it is hot wired; but will not come on at all by itself, I replaced relay switch, but the green light does not come on at all

There is a High Pressure Switch and a Low Pressure Switch. If either is bad the AC will not work correctly. Since you are hot wiring the compressor switch I would say the problem is the low pressure switch or the compressor has what is known as High Head pressure which will damage your system if it isn't repaired. Essentially it is most likely a bad compressor. This happens over time and 1994 wasn't the best year for AC compressors. They were still in the middle of deciding how best to accommodate the R134A requirement and since some companies where switching to synthetic Freon and synthetic fluids were still in their infancy as far as development there were a lot of lubrication problems.

Flashing AC button blows hot air,Need under hood diagram of fuse/relay- Also, how do you check the sensors just in case it isn't the relay?

That flashing button most likely means the system has no refrigerant due to a leak. It is not an electrical problem.

Ac blows hot air after pressure washing the motor 1994 camry

It seems the pressure wash forced water into some part of the electrics for the A/C. See here p22

http://www.turboninjas.com/camry/ac.pdf

The most likely candidates seem to be the A/C fuse, the A/C compressor clutch, or one of the wiring connectors around there

Will no freon prevent me from adding freon if the compressor wont engage without it

Sort of.
If the system is empty, you would need to jumper the low pressure switch to power the ac clutch to put the first can or two of freon in.
Keep in mind the system is supposed to be vacuumed out before adding freon, so if it is full of air you won't be able to put the full amount of gas in.

When the ac is on the driver side vent blow only hot air and the passenger vent blow the cold ac air

Usually a sign of low freon or a blend door problem. If the system is full of freon, I would check the blend doors under the dash.

2004 camry ac light blinking and throws hot air. Suggestions?

My 2003 Toyota Camry AC often starts blowing hot air and the AC light starts blinking. I don't know why the following process works, but it does. Using the temp selector (left) reduce the temperature all the way down to Max Cold and then push the Auto button. It will start blowing out very cold air. After a little while push the temp selector to the desired temperature.
