Drain oil from the oil pan and recycle. Remove bolts holding oil pan up and remove oil pan. Remove bolt holding oil pump in. Install new pump. Replace oil pan gasket if necessary. Reinstall oil pan. Reinstall drain plug and refill with oil. Start engine and watch oil pressure gauge or light. Oil pressure should be normal almost instantly. Check for oil leaks.

every body jumps straight to plugs and wires , when in fact the problem is more associated with an injector problem, dirty injector/s , low fuel pressure and pressure regulator faults take it to an accredited service center and have the code explained

The oil light only detects loss of pressure not oil level. Your oil pressure sensor or switch monitors oil pressure in your engine. It sends these signals to the ECU and to your oil pressure gauge or warning light. Swap out the oil pressure switch.

Check oil level sensor, replace if necessary. also, does your engine knock or make a tapping sound?

to tune it properly change the following
1.Air filter
2.Spark plugs
3.Fuel filter
4.Oil filter and Oil to make sure the engine is clean inside
5.Run at least in the fuel tank injector cleaner
6.Check the timing belt age as it would need to be changed if it hasnt or if you cant tell when it has
7.If the car runs well that will do if its running poorly you willneed to llok further .like getting it pluggrd in to a diagnotic computer to see if theres anything wrong

under vehicle look for transmission oil pan and note a drain plug, driver sides,loose the 10mm bolts,and remove oil pan then look the filter,replace a new filter,clean the sealant gasket and apply new sealant (silicon) and refill with new oil a/t

The spark plugs are located right in the centre of the engin you have to take the big air cooler off and some pipes with it to get to them i sugest if you are not familiar with the engin take it to a garage dosent cost a lot
