I tried pulling sensor from radiator but there is no change the fans still run.

Also have a new/good relay however when I insert it I notice it remains shut and will not open as if it's not getting any current.

Is there any other components to check? I appreciate your help. Thanks

Either the temperature sensor on the radiator, or the relay is bad.
Pull a wire off the temperature sensor on the radiator.
If it stops the fans, then the sensor is bad and the relay ok.

If the old relay was bad and stuck on, then removing the old relay should allow the fan to shut off.
Then plugging the new/good relay in should allow the fan to remain off, until the sensor on the radiator gets hot enough to cause the relay to go on.
There is no computer or control system to reset.
There is just the temperature sender in the radiator that acts like an on/off switch, and the relay that allows the temperature sender to control the fan without getting burned out. If not for the relay, too much current would have to go through the sensor switch, and it would rapidly burn out from the arcing, because the fan motor draws so much current.

When the vehicle gets warm the air conditioner kicks off when idling and the engine starts to heat up because I think the fans shut off but when you take off the air works again

Are you sure you have the air conditioning on and not the fan?? sounds very much like it. The airconditioning compressor is discrete, separate from the engine/heater.
Is your coolant reservour fully charged with coolant?
Think you may need to check these

No heat/airconditioning in Lexus RX 330

The warning lights are probably not related to no heat, unless the engine is low on coolant.
It sounds like a problem with the blend doors under the dash, or the main controller. You may need a shop manual to diagnose it.

TEMP GOES INTO RED ZONE ON MY 1996 LEXUS ES300

Is it boiling over or do you have a bad temp gage. An easy check of the thermostat: When the engine is hot, does the heater put out heated air. If it does, then check the fan if it's electric. If it doesn't, change the thermostat.

Air conditioner blowing hot air and car overheating when idle

Air conditioning is one area where the owner generally is not qualified or equipped to perform the necessary repairs. If you are overheating and the ac isn't cooling I would check the condenser (radiator in front of the engine radiator) and made sure it's not obstructed. Also make sure that the electric fan comes on when you engage the A/C. Beyond that there isn't much you really can do except have an professional run a diagnostics on the system.

Where is the air conditioner blower fan relay on 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee located?

The blower fan relay is located in the fuse box on the driver's side fender-well. A Jeep Cherokee uses an electric fan as an auxiliary fan for engine cooling and for cooling the air conditioning condenser when the air conditioning is in operation. A radiator temperature-sensing switch that activates the fan relay at 198 degrees F turns the fan on and controls its operation. The temperature drops when the vehicle is in motion and the switch turns the fan off. When the air conditioning system is in operation, the air conditioning relay supplies power to the fan relay via a fan diode downstream from the ignition switch. This diode activates the fan relay and keeps the fan operating as long as the air conditioning is on. Thanks. you can rate this solution and show your appreciation.

The engine over heat unless air conditioning is on

from memory the electric fan runs constant when air conditioning is turned on i would suggest the thermal control for the electric fan monted to the radiator is not functioning correctly is normally mounted to a flat spot on radiator

2003 Saturn Vue electric fan always running

Check the fan relay, probably in fuse box in the engine compartment. Check owners manual to be sure. I have seen these melt causing fan to run all the time.
