You can do one of two things. Remove the fuse to the horn, if it has it's own fuse, or under the bumper in the front, you will find two horns (a high tone and a low tone), that has a Green wire with a Red tracer on it. Wiring colors on Chrysler's haven't changed much since 1960. A Haynes Manual for your vehicle is of utmost importance in working on your own vehicle now a days. The Haynes Manual you need is a #25040 available at most part stores. (so you can call around to see if they have it in stock). In the back, it has wiring diagrams as well to help you chase wires throughout your car as well as any major or minor repair...along with pictures provided throughout the book.
