Where do I find the radio unlock code on my 1995 Acura Legend? Did not see it on the tail light covers or in the glove box.

If battery power was lost for some time, the radio theft control might have activated. Look inside your glove box wall for the radio reset code. Owners manual usually contains detailed steps to reset.

If not then the code will only be available from your local Honda Dealer or a Decoding Service ...who will plug in a laptop to read/recode your memory chip (EEPROM)

You need to get the serial number off the sticker attached to the radio. It will require pulling apart your dash. Call an Acura dealership with that serial number and they should be able to provide you the code.

Remove the radio and recite the serial and model number to an Acura dealer to get the code.

easiest way to get the code for the car is to call the dealer if it not in the owners manual.

The code was printed on two cards that came with the owners manual. If you don't have them than take the car to an Acura dealer. They can give you the code as long as they see the radio in the car.

With your key. Also there is a valet switch in your glove box. try turning that on and then using your release button.

look on the side of your glove box on the casing of the glove box compartment and if there is a sticker with i think it is a 4 or 5 digit code press that code in. and it should unlock. if not you can always pull the stereo out and get have the dealership look it up and give you the code. if you have the owners manual they normally put the code in the back pages of the owners manual as well. if you cant find it post another problem i will try to help
