Lets Look at the fuses once more the # 2 threw 5 i have seen the fuse be good but it had loss contact in the fuse box, remove the fuse and install them to see if this helps
Also at the battery there is a fuse link check here to see if this has blown or loss contact,, a new one can be spliced in if needs replacemint

1988 jeep cherokee,6 cylinder my front windsheild wipers dont work.fuse is good.the wiper motor makes a noise when its turned on.is there a relay that could be faulty?wiper switch is the same as the turn...

No relay in the circuit.
There is a delay module but if it fails that usually causes the wipers to stop in the middle of travel or only run on high.
And the switch is working if you hear noise coming from the motor. The wiper switch is not the same switch as the turn signals but it is near that assembly.
I would say if you have power to the wiper motor the motor is probably dead or something happened to the linkage to the arms.

1994 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L AC wiring

Hope you can read it? If not I'll try something else. See the compressor relay, that line with arrowhead is load side of relay, when relay is energized that arrowhead moves to other terminal, that is a fuse protected circuit, goes hot with the key on, underhood fuse box/power distribution center f6--15amp. The left side of relay is control, needs voltage and ground. fuse f5--25 amp interior fuse box and is wired through selection switch. As you can see, the computer grounds control side of relay.
Your second paragraph sounds like a big voltage drop, somewhere, I'd have make sure battery is good and charged up, check battery connections and check your charging system.

1988 cherokee wipers, radio, heater blower just went like that could it be ignition switch problem? thanks much

Yes it could be but more likely its one of the main fuses for the ignition. If the charging and oil light's come on when its switched on then the ignition switch should be ok

Wipers turn signals and ac/heater not comming on

looks like they are on more than one fuse. your passenger compartment fuse box is down below your dash panel on drivers side between brake pedal and left side kick panel. the heater a/c fuse is a 25 amp fuse, should be fuse 6. the wipers are fed through a 4.8 amp circuit breaker which might be in the same fuse box, or not. your car also has a power distribution center under the hood. if you don't get anywhere with the fuses in the passenger compartment, look in the power distribution center. chrysler doesn't always share lots of info and i can only look up part of the wiring diagram. can't find anything about turn signals, my guess is that fuse is in power distribution box. hope that helps

94' Jeep Cherokee Conutry 2wd Dash lights not working

try replacing the ignition switch(not the ignition lock[where the key goes]).it will probably be located on top of the steering column , towards the bottom.but before going through with this make sure the connectors to the switch are fully plugged in.

1994 Jeep Cherokee Sport Fuse Needed?

Sometimes there are relays under the hood. There is usually a diagram posted underneath the door when you tak it off. The turn signal is usually just a fuse, which may be in your glove box(has a diagram under the door), under the driver or passenger side dash. Do you still have the manual for the vehicle?
