My car I10 magna 1.1 irde, when engine starts battery, oil etc warning lights shut off immediately but malfaction light & EPS light shut off one after one. Is this any problem pls clarify.

First thing to eliminate is a weak battery. Have it checked because if the battery is failing to hold charge or is down on power it will trigger the EPS light on your Swift. ( Many vehicle batteries will only last 3-4 years before giving trouble). If in doubt replace the battery with a new one.
Otherwise, if the light remains on, you will need to have the vehicle scanned to see what fault codes the engine's computer is generating and take it from there. With the EPS warning displayed, there will be fault codes generated.

You have a problem with your engine. Engine Power control System. This is telling you to check your engine. Go to Autozone and have them put a code checker on it and maybe rhey can tell you whar ir needs.

Sounds like a wire was not re-installed under the hood. When the alternator or battery were replaced, there are several power wires under the hood that attach to the same power terminal. Look for a RED wire with a large round connector, that is just hanging out in the open air. You need to install it back onto the post that it came off of. good luck.

the engine light came on and the sensors immediately put the car in limp mode reducing the power to allow you to pull over and do the vital checks (oil -water and engine temperature ). have the fault codes read to see which sensor put the lights on.

1. disconnect the battery both terminals.
2.Look for EPS control module on front passanger deck below dashboard,disconnect the cable connector
3, spray both EPS and cable connector with contact cleaner aerosol.immediately plug in back.
4. Right above EPS module there are Air Con piping make sure the condensate water do not dripped onto EPS module by covering it with plastic sheet.
5. Spray all cables to battery terminal with contact cleaner and connect it back.
6. Start your engine .
In case it still dont work ,you have to look further into EPS motor.
Hope it will solve your problem at least it work for me.

you can ask for a part number & try to buy it from another source.
you can ask that they return the old item to you after replacement, the part numbers on the invoice & on the old unit should match.

If you can take the head lights off,whit the hair blower of your wife,dry all possible humidity inside,then seal all possible filtration of humidity,wait until the sealant that you use drys an then put it back.

although i'm not a big fan of synthetic oil that does not seem to be your problem. try replacing the oil sending unit

My EPS on my mitsubishi colt 2006 stopped working about 8 months now, I changed the electronic box,but it started to work for ten minutes and then stopped.I carried it by some electricians and they put the computer on it, but it is not getting through.Could someone lend some assistance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

disconnect the battery cable for 3 minutes
