I have a 99 Kia Sephia and it will not move in any gear the clutch seems to be engaging and disengaging but the transmission will not spin the wheels in any gear

I personally run 80-90 gear oil but some manufacturers recommend 30 grade for their boxes ( straight mineral oil) best check it out at a service dealer centre.
check drain plug magnet for metal bits at it appears that the bearing may be failing and the shaft is moving away from the lock dog for the gear and not engaging properly.
you have wires reversed at the fuse block under hood, matbe had to replace sone of the maxi fuse's that bolt in?? the clutch is probable bad there is a test motor running emergency brake on then push clutch pedal in and try 1st gear and keep pedal down during this, go 1st gear the to reverse if wont go smoothly or grinds then most likly clutch throwout bearing is bad, maybe clutch cable is streched or not adjusted properly if it is mechanical clutch, depends on year and engine size
There is a spring on the pedal up under the dash, if this has come undone then the pedal may not be able to come back up to the normal position. The spring connects directly to the pedal and to a bracket under the dash.
